Chef Tony and Rosa Hanslits retired from restaurants and the food service industry on July 1, 2023, when they officially passed the Nicole-Taylor’s torch to chefs Erin Kem and Logan McMahan.

The new owners of Nicole-Taylor’s, Erin and Logan, worked with Tony and Rosa through the years in various capacities and bring the same attention to quality food and high-end meal experiences that Tony and Rosa did for decades in Indianapolis.
