Found Oyster is nestled in the heart of East Hollywood. Inspired by the blue-collar oyster bars in New England, Found Oyster intersects classic East Coast seafood shacks with West Coast flavors. The jewel box space offers seafood-focused fare, including crudos, lobster rolls, and a full raw bar with oysters from general manager Joe Laraja’s family oyster farm in Orleans, Massachusetts. Champagne and Coors, oysters and chowder. We don’t take reservations but there is wine while you wait!
